Today I would like to share a simple,  appetizing and heart-healthy recipe that I found with all of you! The ingredients in  Quinoa & Smoked Tofu Salad are easy to get and the preparation time is reasonable (approximately 35 minutes). In addition, the components of this dish may benefit our body in different ways:

-         Quinoa (a type of grain-like crop, high in dietary fiber and protein)

-         Olive oil (high in monounsaturated fats that may reduce risk of coronary disease)

-         Yellow bell peppers, grape tomatoes, cucumbers and garlic (variety of vitamins and minerals, antioxidants)

-         Smoked tofu (rich in soy protein that is low in fat and calories with  no cholesterol)
